These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of nutrientwiz.com (the “Site”) and purchases made through the Site. The Site is operated under the NutrientWiz name (“NutrientWiz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms before using the Site or placing an order.
By using the Site, creating an account, or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
1. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in the place where you live. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, and legitimate shopping purposes. You must not:
- interfere with the security, availability, or proper operation of the Site;
- introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or probe or circumvent security measures;
- use automated means to scrape, copy, or exploit the Site except as permitted by law or with our written consent;
- impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the Site for fraud or unlawful resale; or
- infringe the rights of NutrientWiz, a manufacturer, another customer, or any third party.
2. Health and product information
NutrientWiz is an online retailer and is not a medical provider. Site content is general information and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Products are not a substitute for a varied diet, appropriate medical care, or advice from a qualified health professional. Consult an appropriate health professional before using a supplement, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have a medical condition, are considering a product for a child, or have questions about interactions or adverse effects. If you experience a serious or unexpected reaction, stop use and seek appropriate medical help.
Always read the physical product label, ingredient list, allergen information, warnings, directions, dosage, storage instructions, expiry information, and any licence or authorization information before purchase and use. Packaging, ingredients, and manufacturer information can change. Site descriptions and images may be summaries or may show earlier packaging. If Site information differs from the product in hand, do not rely on the Site description; review the label and contact the manufacturer or a qualified health professional before use.
Where a product requires a licence, registration, authorization, or specific label in a destination, the customer is responsible for checking suitability before ordering. For a natural health product offered in Canada, review the physical label for the applicable eight-digit Natural Product Number (NPN) or Homeopathic Medicine Number (DIN-HM) and verify it through Health Canada when appropriate. Availability on the Site does not mean that a product is lawful, appropriate, or authorized for every person, purpose, or destination. We do not guarantee individual results.
3. Product listings and availability
We try to present accurate descriptions, images, prices, stock information, and other content. Errors, omissions, manufacturer changes, and temporary stock differences can occur. Colour and appearance may vary by device or production run. We may correct content, update information, limit quantities, or withdraw a product at any time. A correction will not reduce any mandatory right you have in relation to an order already accepted.
References to third-party brands, certifications, testing, standards, or claims belong to their respective owners and must be supported by the relevant manufacturer or rights holder. NutrientWiz does not grant a manufacturer warranty or certification unless it is expressly stated by the manufacturer and applicable to your purchase.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase the items in your cart. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. We may accept an order by shipping it or by otherwise confirming acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, payment or security concerns, suspected fraud, quantity limits, or a legal or shipping restriction.
If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will return the amount paid for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method, subject to processing by the payment provider. We may contact you when information is needed to process an order. Failure to provide reasonably requested information may prevent acceptance or dispatch.
5. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices, currency, discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown on the Site or during checkout. The checkout total presented before you submit the order is the amount you authorize, subject to a correction that you approve or a cancellation and refund. Promotions are subject to their displayed terms, availability, and expiry and generally cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and that billing information is accurate. Payment services may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. We may use lawful fraud-prevention checks and may decline a transaction that cannot be verified.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery destinations, available methods, charges, and any estimates are shown at checkout or in your order materials. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Carrier conditions, weather, holidays, volume, address issues, customs or regulatory review, and other events can affect delivery. If we cannot ship within a promised time, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

7. Returns, refunds, and order problems
Eligible voluntary returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions in our Refund Policy. In general, ingestible products must remain unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original condition to qualify for a change-of-mind return. Opened or used ingestible products and goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene protection are not eligible for a voluntary return, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or otherwise non-conforming goods are handled separately from change-of-mind returns. Contact us as soon as reasonably possible and retain the item, packaging, and order information while we review the issue. This voluntary policy does not replace or limit statutory warranties, guarantees, cancellation rights, or other mandatory remedies.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping login credentials confidential, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, customers, or legal compliance. You may check out without relying on an account where the Site offers that option.
9. Intellectual property
The Site and its original text, layout, graphics, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to NutrientWiz and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Site for personal shopping and information. No other right or licence is granted. Third-party product names, trademarks, images, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Reviews and other submissions
If the Site allows you to submit a review, question, image, or other content, you must own it or have permission to submit it. Your submission must be truthful, relevant, lawful, and must not disclose another person’s confidential or personal information. Do not submit medical claims, unlawful claims, or content that is defamatory, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or promotional spam.
You retain ownership of your submission but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, and display it for operating, moderating, and promoting the Site, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may moderate or remove submissions, but we are not required to publish them. We do not adopt customer reviews as our own product claims.
11. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to or use services operated by payment providers, carriers, manufacturers, social platforms, or other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link or integration does not imply endorsement, and we are not responsible for third-party content or services except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Site availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the Site available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. The Site and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied terms relating solely to Site access that may lawfully be excluded. This paragraph does not exclude any mandatory condition, warranty, guarantee, or remedy that applies to goods you purchase.
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that rule, NutrientWiz is not responsible for losses that are not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach, losses caused by your failure to follow the product label or professional advice, or business losses arising from a consumer purchase. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the law governing the particular claim.
14. Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, but this does not remove any cancellation, refund, delivery, or other mandatory right available to you. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such an event and communicate where required.
15. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Third-party payment and delivery providers may process information under their own notices. Do not send medical records or other sensitive health information unless we specifically request information that is necessary to address a product-safety or accessibility concern.
16. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Site, our practices, or applicable requirements. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively when posted and do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an order already accepted. If a change materially affects registered users and notice is required by law, we will provide the required notice.
17. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws that apply under ordinary conflict-of-law and consumer-protection rules. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to give up the protection of mandatory law or access to a court or dispute process that applicable law makes available. Before beginning a formal claim, you and NutrientWiz are encouraged to contact each other and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally.
18. General terms
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent, except where applicable law permits. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a business reorganization or transfer, provided this does not reduce your mandatory rights. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference and the order information accepted by us, form the agreement concerning your use of the Site and purchase.
